On The first of August, 2006, I will begin this next phase of my career. I have had a lifelong curiosity for the Body. The way it moves, the way it works, and the things that happen to it; good and bad. Not all things that happen to people are very well understood. There are many people who experience things that baffle the traditional medical community. Having been trained in the medical establishment as a Registered Nurse and then a Family Nurse Practitioner, I too have met people who have a difficult time finding peace, pain-free movement, a normal functioning body, and/or relief from physical, emotional and spiritual challenges.

Over a life-time of training, I have come to this place. Where I feel I can bring to this community, manual therapies that offer change, and a medical mind that understands health. Besides my Nursing education, I have been trained in CranioSacral Therapy, Manual Lymph Drainage, Visceral Manipulation, Trigger Point Therapy and Zero Balancing.

I am beginning to understand more about how our bodies work and what happens when they don't. I am interested in working with people who want a better understanding of a problem or support for general health and wellbeing. So, this is a shift to working as a Manual Therapist. Specifically and proudly, as a Certified Zero Balancer.
